This program worked for me: I lost 186 pounds in 14 months without Bariatric surgery.

Obesity is both a social and cultural a handicap in every day life. In effect, obese people often find themselves to be the victims of discrimination both at work and at school, and particularly within the professional setting. Within certain professions (secretarial and public relation positions, etc) it is often very hard for the obese person to compete for the job despite offering equal qualifications. The obese earn less in the jobs they have. Don't let your weight limit your life!

A recent study by the Kaiser PermanenteCenter for Health Research found that dieters who kept track of what they ate in a food journal lost twice as much weight compared those who didn't.

Bariatric surgery can result in malabsorption of food. Malabsorption increases the risk for protein-calorie malnutrition and vitamin or mineral deficiencies, especially deficiencies of vitamin B12, calcium, and iron. Supplementation reduces the risk for protein-calorie malnutrition and vitamin or mineral deficiencies, especially vitamin B12, calcium, and iron. Supplementation reduces the risk of developing nutritional deficiencies but does not eliminate it. An additional consequence is the "dumping syndrome," characterized by lightheadedness, sweating, palpitations, cramps, and diarrhea.

Bariatric surgery produces a major physical alteration and post-operative side effects may be expected. Once there is an extraordinary amount of weight loss, the bones and muscles, which were stressed from carrying extra weight and changed to compensate, will again have to readjust, now to the radically lower weight; this may cause some physical reactions, including changes in pulmonary, vascular and renal systems.

Try my program before you make your decision to have surgery!

Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back-- Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.
